Subscription & Refund Policy

To sustain continuous hosting of your live custom subdomains, video reels, and public decks, subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually).

• Initial Subscriptions: Fully covered under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the exact transaction timestamp.
• Recurring Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once completed. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the scheduled renewal timestamp via your dashboard to prevent future charges.
• Mid-Cycle Downgrades: If you cancel during an active term, your premium portfolio features remain online until the cycle expires.

Certain fees incurred through third-party registrars or upstream infrastructure partners are strictly non-recoverable:

• Direct Custom Domains: Fees paid for direct top-level domain registration (e.g., yourname.com) are non-refundable once registered with the registry authority (ICANN rules apply).
• Bandwidth & High-Volume Surcharges: Overage fees resulting from viral portfolio streaming spikes are calculated on consumed compute and cannot be reimbursed.

Approved refunds are remitted strictly back to the original source of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or regional gateway).

• Settlement Timelines: Credit reversals are dispatched immediately through our payment gateway and typically post to your issuing financial institution within 3 to 5 business days.
• Exchange Rates: UGCDecks issues refunds in the original transaction currency (typically USD). We do not assume liability for discrepancies resulting from foreign exchange rate fluctuations or card issuer conversion fees.

Upon issuance of a refund, your account status is automatically altered across our database cluster:

• Your account defaults back to the Free Creator tier;
• Custom domain CNAME routings and SSL certificates are unlinked;
• High-definition uncompressed video embeds may be locked or gated according to free tier storage limits;
• Public deck links with premium layouts will revert to standard platform templates.

To prevent intentional abuse of platform resources, we reserve the right to decline refund requests under specific circumstances:

• Requests filed after the 14 calendar-day guarantee window has lapsed;
• Accounts with repeated create-upgrade-refund patterns;
• Accounts terminated due to DMCA infringement, metric fraud, or Terms of Service violations.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws, including statutory cooling-off withdrawal rights where recognized (such as EEA and UK statutory regulations).
